1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect only:

• Mobile numbers for OTP verification and to prevent duplicate coupon claims
• Usage timestamps to track account activity
• No names, email addresses, location data, or other personal information

2. PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION

Mobile numbers are used exclusively for:

• Identity verification through OTP
• Preventing duplicate coupon claims and system abuse
• Recognizing returning customers
• Basic service functionality
• No marketing communications unless explicitly opted-in

3. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

Retention Period:
We store your mobile number for 12 months from your last activity to prevent duplicate coupon claims, recognize returning customers, maintain system integrity, and prevent fraud and abuse.

Automatic Deletion:
Your data is automatically deleted after 12 months of inactivity.

Inactivity Definition:
No QR scans, coupon claims, or any app interactions for 12 consecutive months.

Manual Deletion:
You may request immediate data deletion by emailing writetozovyu@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.

4. DATA SECURITY

We implement basic security measures including secure server infrastructure, regular security maintenance, encryption in transit and at rest, and no sensitive personal data handling required.

5. USER RIGHTS

You have the right to:

• Request complete data deletion
• Know what data we store about you
• Opt-out of any communications
• Access your data upon request
• Receive your data in readable format upon request

6. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

We provide QR code redirection service, coupon display mechanism, and OTP verification system. We are not involved in coupon creation, validity, or redemption.

7. BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITIES

Business clients acknowledge they solely create and manage all coupons, handle customer disputes, and are responsible for coupon terms and validity. The platform acts only as a display mechanism.

8. Coupon Terms

• Coupon or offer cannot be combined with any other coupons, discounts, deals, or promotions.
• Coupon and offer are fully managed by the issuing business. ZOVYU holds no responsibility for the offer or service.
• Business may accept, reject, or modify the offer anytime without notice.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for coupon validity, redemption, business practices, Google review submission/content, business-customer disputes, or third-party technical issues.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using our services you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, cease using the services and uninstall the app.

11. POLICY UPDATES

We may update this policy with 30 days notice for major changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance; notifications may be via app or email.
